Check the system BIOS setting. The SuperStation does not support the DMA mode (it supports the PIO mode 3). To use your computer with this drive, change the BIOS setting of your computer so that it conforms to PIO mode 3. For how to change the BIOS settings, refer to the instruction manual of your computer or contact your computers manufacturer. b) Check the IDE device setting. If both this tape drive and hard disk drive on which the operating system is installed are set as MASTER on the primary IDE bus, your computer may not start. (See Q6.) The typical error message will be shown as Unable to find primary disk on your computer.
