No. Before installing a new carpet we recommend to clean the sub flooring and the base board. Since cats pee/spray along the wall, some of the urine is absorbed deep into the drywall, baseboard and the flooring. Removal of the urine odor, completely, is available with PetPeePee System and guarantees that the urine odor is gone forever.
