After submitting the On-Line Pre Sue letter, is there a confirmatory email sent to indicate receipt of instructions?

Once you submit your online instructions you will see an on-screen message saying that this has been sent. We will also send you a confirmation email. Once we issue your debtor with the LBA we will also issue you with a hard copy letter confirming that the LBA has been sent.
