This usually happens if the Launch Manager is not installed properly. You can check the latest version of Launch Manager for your model at http://global.acer.com/support/winvista/. If you are using the Acer Upgrade DVD and your computer is Aspire 9410/9420 or TravelMate 5610/5620/7110/5110 series, follow these steps to reinstall the Launch Manager. • Insert the Acer Upgrade DVD into your DVD-ROM drive. • Use Windows® Explorer to browse to the “Common Drivers\Launch Manager 1.1.1.4” folder. • Double-click setup.exe and follow the onscreen instructions to install the Launch Manager.
