After uploading my image, I notced that the edges of my image are missing on the preview. Why?
On certain templates (the ones where the image goes all the way to the edge) we need to put the edges of your headshot inside what’s called a “Bleed” area. This bleed area will be trimmed off the edge of your card during the printing process, so your headshot goes right to the edge and you get a nice clean finish. Therefore we also cut the edges off in the preview to give you a better idea of how your final card will look. If you do not like the results, you should use an alternative template that does not go right to edge.
