No. If you play the folder directly, MH720 will play from the beginning of the first file, provided a series of films are placed within one folder. You may enter the folder and pick up the file right after the break next time you want to continue this series. Q: I have an avi file but MH720 cannot play it. A: Your avi file could encode with a video codec that is not supported by MH720 decoder chipset. Currently the MPEG4 (DIVX, XVID) is not standardized. Therefore, there is no standard for MPEG4 files at this moment. As the new codecs are being created constantly, it is not possible for MH720 to support all kinds of new codecs. Try to recode it to Divx 5 or below Q: While playing movies with MH720, the subtitle of the DivX movie is not displaying. A: a) Please make sure the subtitle file has the exact same file name as the movie file. b) If it concerns an IDX/SUB picture subtitle, both IDX and SUB files need to be present. c) The subtitle file is corrupted or compressed.
