Age of consent in Florida?
The age of consent in Florida is 16/18, close in age exemptions exist. By law, the exception permits an adult under the age of 24 to engage in legal sexual activity with a minor no younger than the age of 16. 800.04 Lewd or lascivious offenses committed upon or in the presence of persons less than 16 years of age.
