Ali’s wife invoice – If she needs to attend the conference and be 100% involved in ALL conference activities then she needs to follow the common grounds conference/summit registration + accommodation type + meals + gala dinner + excursions – If she needs to be staying at the same accommodation, eat with Ali, attend the gala dinner, and accompany him in excursions but does not want to be registered in the conference, therefore she will pay everything except the conference registration. – If she will be staying at the same accommodation, going on excursions, and attending the gala dinner only with no meals nor attend the conference therefore she will be paying accommodation + excursions + gala dinner.
