All furnaces are individually profiled prior to shipment. How are these furnaces used?
Originally developed for growing crystals, transparent furnaces are used for Liquid Phase Epitaxy (LPE), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), and ampule growth. They are also used for annealing of wafers, gold wires and superconducting wires. Assorted specialty furnaces have been made that capitalize on the low mass and cleanliness of the design.
