ALP Version: 1.0 OS: WINDOWS, UNIX, VMS Q: How can I obtain my ALP license keys online?
ALP keys may be obtained from our support website, and will require a valid userid and password in order to login to the secure area of the website. Please login using your userid and password, then you may select StarTCC from the menu bar. Under the Technical Information heading, choose the Site Licenses link, this will display a listing of active licenses recorded for your site id. Towards the top of the Site Licenses Display page will be a link for ‘Downloading ALP Enterprise Key Certificates’, follow this link to detailed instructions on downloading and applying your ALP keys as well as links to the lic98 data files and mergeolf utility for your platform, if needed.
