Am I allowed to drink tea, coffee, alcohol while following the Slim·Fast Plan?
The best drink while on the Slim·Fast Plan is water, 3-4 pints (1.5-2 litres) of it a day. Of course you can also drink tea and coffee – preferably with skimmed milk and artificial sweetener – and even alcohol in moderation. Alcoholic drinks can be quite high in calories, so stick to single measures of spirits with double low-cal mixers or white wine spritzers. Alcohol is notorious for weakening resolve, so limit yourself to one or two drinks and remember to count the calories as one of our snacks.
