You will not be required to maintain a minimum balance of $1000 in your Optimal Cash Account and there will be no penalty charges even if the balance in your account falls below $1000. However, if you are an existing Optimal Cash Account with Margin Financing facility client, you will be subjected to existing margin call procedures.
