1, bodyparts x2 a week for a novice lifter is bad, full body compound lifts are better and take full adv of your beginner gains 2, not training legs, unless your muay thai involves squats, you aren't training your legs, your legs are the biggest and (naturally) the strongest/biggest/most powerful muscle group on your body, squats are also the best overall exercise you can do 3, not training abs, just cause they're beach muscles doesn't mean they're useless, you should train them (all parts) 2-4 times a week, specially since youre in fighting
