Am looking for recipe for Red Roquefort salad dressing?

1 cup Roquefort (or Blue) cheese 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 2/3 cup Salad oil 2 tablespoons Vinegar Directions: Mash cheese with a little oil. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of oil. Shake well until creamy. There are lots of recipes, but this is my personal favorite. Enjoy. Roquefort French Dressing Amount Ingredient 1/3 cup vinegar or lemon juice 1 cup salad oil or olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon pepper Dash cayenne red pepper 1/3 cup crumbled roquefort cheese Preparation Instructions: In tightly covered jar, shake all ingredients except cheese until blended. Add cheese. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Shake again before serving. 1 1/2 cups dressing.  more
