There should be nothing on the dashboard, not empty McDonald’s cartons or an old newspaper. The truck should be washed on a weekly basis. You should be in a clean, neat uniform. And with every action you take from the time you pull up in front of a customer’s home, you should be highly aware that the customer is watching you. When you get out of the truck, don’t be smoking a cigarette. Don’t scratch yourself inappropriately.
