Anyone know of a good self cleanse/detox program?
I have searched on the net, but all the links either refer you to a wonder health pill or someones book. While I appreciate everyone needs to make a buck, I am just looking for a simple, natural, home remedy style detox program. Thanks so much! A: If what you want is to detox, you can try what i do, but again, it’s to cleanse and detox, not to lose weight. Eat only papaya and water for one day, the next, eat pineapple and papaya. The third, eat pineapple, papaya and light stock (vegetable only, preferably). On the fourth resume eating as you normally do. IF your skin breaks out, drink more water. If you feel faint or lightheaded, stop. Remember cleansing should be done while in optimal health and strenuous exercise should be avoided.
