Anyone who has been through an appeal with social security?

Social Security Disability took about 18 months. The attorneys in my area don’t get involved until you have been denied twice. If you are approved, you receive a bulk back-payment. I think I had to wait about six months for the payment after I was approved. You have to wait two years to get on Medicare. Attorneys take 25% if you win. You can always call Binder & Binder or you can e-mail me and I will give you the name of the company who did my appeal.
