Anything that could help calm my frizzy hair?
The frizz is likely caused by dryness (which is very common for people with curly, or even just wavy, hair), so adding a little more hydration to your hair might help calm down the frizz. What type of shampoo and conditioner do you use? I suggest using a shampoo and conditioner designed for curly hair, as these usually contain added moisturizing ingredients and other ingredients that can help refine curls and reduce frizz. You could also try a curling cream/lotion. These are designed to help bring out the natural shape of your curls, and are also supposed to help with frizz. The Body Shop makes one that gets some good ratings. Lastly, perhaps using a shine serum/spray could help with the frizz. I personally dislike these, as I find they do in fact weigh down my hair and make it look oily, resulting in more frequent washings.
