Yes. The use of banned levels of substances in spare parts to repair equipment put on the market before July 2006 will be permitted. In these cases, APC will be affixing the WEEE applicability mark to the equipment prior to returning the customer. APC will not allow non-compliant spare parts to be used to repair RoHS-compliant equipment.
