NO. Numbers 1-9 must be single digit numbers. 00 is still NOT a legal jersey number. In some cases, the Commissioner may grant a waiver to a team or individual. Contact the Region office if you have any questions. Uniforms must be similar and of the same color. Similar means similar. Vertical strips on one uniform and horizontal stripes on another is NOT similar. Lime green and forest green are NOT the same colors.
