Are Air Purifiers Dangerous?
Recently, a major ionic air purifier manufacturer lost a lawsuit against a publication. This publication claimed that the tested air purifier system removed very little matter, but it did significantly raise ozone levels in the room. The air purifier company wanted a judge to find for them. Unfortunately for this ionic air purifier company and for thousands of customers, the judge found the publications’ claims were true. Some ionic air purifier systems can raise ozone levels.
