If you have a Human Rights Complaints about federal government departments and agencies, Crown corporations, banks, airlines, and other federally regulated employers and service providers then you have to file your Complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission. If you’re not sure whether your complaint is against a “federally regulated” organization, contact the Renfrew County Legal Clinic or the Canadian Human Rights Commission. (CHRC) This process is different then the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and it is posted on their website at www.chrc-ccdp.ca.
