The answer is no; not all drug rehab programs are licensed and accredited which holds the programs accountable to provide a certain level of care. Lakeview Health not only is licensed by the State of Florida but has been awarded the Gold Seal of Approval by the Joint Commission of Hospital Accreditation. Secondly, we have been recognized as providing a higher level of care than regulatory standards require. Different than many drug rehab programs, Lakeview provides its patients with a full continuum of medical care. Our physicians are board certified and trained in addiction medicine and our psychiatrist is also board certified and trained in addiction medicine. Our drug rehab program has its own medical detox, complete with 24 hour nursing and support staff.
