No. See 3.01.1 of the Unit 2 Collective Agreement for details. Those teaching in the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Administrative Studies, the Department of Administrative Studies in Atkinson, the Centre for Continuing Education, in non-degree courses, and those teaching graduate level courses in the Faculty of Environmental Studies are not members. If you are applying to any of these places, do not use an Application for Contract Teaching Position form.
