All Bose® TriPort® headphones have a stereo mini (1/8") plug to connect to virtually all portable devices. They can be adapted to connect to traditional stereo receivers which have 1/4" stereo jacks. The Apple iPhone and iTouch require an inexpensive adapter for current Bose® headphone models (except the current Bose® in-ear model) since those iPods have recessed headphone jacks.
