Are carrot tops, the green leafy part, edible?

Carrot greens have a grassy flavor with a hint of carrot. They’re perfectly edible and reasonably nutritious. The flavor is strong, so they’re usually used sparingly, like an herb. Chop it and sprinkle it like you would parsley, e.g. on top of salads, potatoes, in soups, etc. I’ve also heard of people making tea out of it. It would have a taste vaguely reminiscent of green tea.
