One of the ingredients sometimes used to make Carte D’Or ice cream is whey powder. Usually we get our whey powder from the manufacturers of vegetarian cheese, which is fine. But, occasionally, we get it from traditional cheese-making process which is not suitable for strict vegetarians. So, sorry but unfortunately we can not guarantee that every tub is OK.
