No. CBA ATMs form part of the Victoria Teachers Credit Union network, and therefore these transactions are not subject to an ATM Direct Charge, and will not change. CBA ATM withdrawals will continue to form a part of the Credit Union’s transaction fee structure, with a quota of limited free transactions. How does ATM Direct Charging work? If a fee applies when using a non-CBA ATM, the charge will be shown on screen and you will be given the choice to continue or cancel (see below for an example foreign ATM screen).
