Are cell membrane, cytoplasm, chloroplast and cell wall found in all plant cells?

0

All plant cells contain cytoplasm, cell membrane and cell wall. Basically the green coloured parts of plants contain chlorophyll, the most prominant example of course being the leaves. Chloroplasts are involved in photosynthesis, they absorb light at each end of the spectum (red is low wavelength, blue is high wavelengh) but do no absorb green light which is in the middle. This means that they appear to be green in colour.
