Are childhood vaccines safe?
I’m not anti-vaccine, but I do think our vaccine schedule is far too aggressive in the US. I also think it’s suspect that so many drug companies stand to benefit from more and more vaccines being recommended by the CDC. I think it’s a good idea to take a look at other developed countries’ vaccine schedules and the overall health of their children and adults, and make a comparison. I do think vaccines are lifesaving, but I think we could learn a lot from looking at the way other developed countries handle them. I also believe that Dr. Sears Vaccine Book is an excellent, non-biased source of information on vaccines and their side effects. Remember that anything you put in your body has risks – over the counter medication, prescription drugs, food, water – everything. Vaccines are no exception.
