• New York, NY, November 15, 1999… The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) today called on Chairman Yasir Arafat to take immediate steps to put an end to anti-Israel and anti-Semitic incitement in Palestinian schools. In a letter to Chairman Arafat, the League pointed to recent efforts by the Israeli government to re-examine how the Israeli-Arab conflict is taught, and suggested the Palestinians consider doing the same. Abraham H.
