Are chiropractors worth their exorbitant cost?

0

A chiropractor, like anybody else, charges what people are willing to pay. Just as so-called “faith healers” can actually produce very short-term relief for people with back difficulties through the power of making people believe they can “really do it”, so can a chiropractor. But often, the chiropractor’s results can resemble a faith healer’s. I’m sure you’re aware of how “finally doing something” about your problem can automatically make you feel better? Well this effect also applies to chiropractor’s work. The question is whether or not this matters to you. The bottom line is that some back problems just aren’t curable and that, unfortunately, some people will be straight after your cash and they know how to do it. Being able to make a man’s back “crack” by pushing the right areas produces the same affect the aforementioned faith healer does. A formula of “finally doing something about it” + “surprise and the feeling of that crack” + “if I paid this much money, it must be worth it”
