Click onto Research on the Home Page to see a table of biocides that we and others have found to be effective. This table was published as part of the American Society of Hospital Engineers technical document on Legionella. There are effective non-oxidizing biocides. The ASHRAE guideline (available at www.baltimoreaircoil.com) does not recommend a specific biocide, but does recommend that you consult with a water treatment specialist.
