Are current graduate or law students who have already completed a required core course or elective allowed to apply it toward completion of the CAS-PCR?

Yes. We realize that in the initial period of the CAS-PCR, there will be current graduate students that may have already completed some of the requirements for the certificate. These students will be allowed to ‘grandfather’ their completed courses toward the certificate.
