I’ve had good luck on dating sites. I dated my ex for 3 years and I’ve been dating my current boyfriend for 6 months. I’ll give you a few tips. – First of all, I think there are many more men than women on dating sites. So it’s definitely harder for men than women. – Secondly, your profile needs to be honest, but not too honest. Put your good points, but stay away from the bad. – Keep your profile positive. Talk about yourself but don’t put a list of dislikes or things you want in a woman up there. If you look too needy off the bat, they’ll move on. Jokes are good, excessive use of sarcasm, bad. – for goodness sakes, don’t put a picture of yourself holding a shotgun on your profile (Beleive me, it happens) Same goes with pictures of your car. – Put good pictures of yourself up.
