No. Removal of any personally identifiable information from a DoD facility or work site is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to disciplinary procedures up to and including termination, as well as potential civil and criminal penalties under the Privacy Act. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or likeness of the CAC is punishable under 18 U.S.C. Section 701.
