Are early arrivals possible?
Our residence staff are not in place nor are the dining halls operational until move-in day. Please do not plan to arrive before your scheduled move-in day. Early arrivals will be turned away and alternate accommodation will have to be found until your scheduled arrival time. We are aware that some students are required to arrive on campus before their scheduled move-in day. These include residence staff, sophs and council members, varsity athletes with practice schedules that commence before move-in day, and students whose academic program begins early. If you fall under one of these categories, you should expect an e-mail in mid-August that outlines your early arrival information. No early arrival request is necessary. For international and out-of-province students who could not make alternate travel arrangements, you are required to submit an online early arrival request.
