Are EHOP-Dallas homes located in the City of Dallas and Dallas County?
A. EHOP-Dallas homes are only located in the City of Dallas. Q. Can bond program dollars be used in combination with the MAP program? A. Yes. Bond program funds can be used in combination with the MAP to purchase EHOP-Dallas homes, as long as there are no deed restrictions. All assistance programs with deed restrictions must be pre-approved by the U.S. Department of HUD prior to use with the ACA program. Q. Are EHOP-Dallas homes chosen in bad areas of town only? A. No. EHOP-Dallas homes are in areas throughout the City of Dallas, in areas defined by HUD, that include a broad range of neighborhoods. Q. Can the sales price be increased? A.
