Are financial assistance grants available?
Yes. Edgewood does offer financial assistance, with a maximum grant amount of 50%. The amount of assistance is based on the financial needs and circumstances of each family on a year-by-year basis. Over $595,000 in financial assistance has been awarded for 2009-’10. Refer to the Financial Assistance brochure and the Confidential Financial Aid form for more information. Completed forms for the 2010-’11 school year must be submitted to the Business Office after you have completed your 2009 tax return and by March 3, 2010. Those who qualify will be notified in writing by May 15, 2010. 6. How can I make an additional contribution toward the full cost of educating my student? As shown above, the actual cost of educating each child at Edgewood High School is approximately $10,743.
