Are Fine Art Registry tags alone (loose tags) transferable?
No. Each tag is registered uniquely to a specific FAR member and a specific piece of artwork and/or collectible registered. FAR designed this patent pending system so that the tags are worthless by themselves or separate and apart from the artwork they are meant to identify. Each tag must be registered to a FAR member and a specific work of art or valuable along with two digital images of the artwork or valuable before registration of the tag can be completed for that item.
