Are funds from the Landfill Tax Credit Scheme eligible?
The DCSF will accept LTCS funds, via an Environmental Body, as eligible sponsorship providing the proposed scheme is acceptable to that company but also that it fits in with the Specialist Schools capital project. The approval from the Environmental Body must come first. This sponsorship must then be cleared by the Department before application is submitted.
