There is a structure to them. They’re awarded as a large part of our merit-based aid. What happens is a student is automatically considered for merit-based aid upon admission to the MBA program and the assistantships are a large part of that pool. Upon being offered the assistantship, if a student accepts it, he or she gives us a run-down of their experience and interests, and we try to make assignments based on those parameters.
