Yes. FastPictureViewer fully supports 96, 120, 144, 192, 250 dpi screen resolution and beyond (tested up to 480 dpi). The entire user interface scales smoothly to accomodate the larger fonts used in high DPI modes. The histogram and EXIF information windows also scales to match the DPI scale. You can use FastPictureViewer on the newest laptops with fine pitch display in 120 DPI mode, with Windows 7’s new 150% Large Font mode or on ultra-high resolution displays up to 480 dpi.
