Are homeostasis and chemo receptors linked together?

Yes everything in the body works together to maintain our body in homestasis including chemoreceptors in the carotid and aortic arch of the heart because they sense the low ph in the blood from high amounts of Co2 and they send a message to the medulla oblongota through sensroy neurons (cranial nerve IX, X) where chemoreceptors in the medulla sense the low ph in the CSF and send a message to the phrenic nerves C3-C5 to have the diaphragm contract with out the chemoreceptors we would not be able to inhale in order release Co2 by exhaling and through ventilation we are able to keep our body in homeostasis
