Now, another British TV crew is here to find out whether this UK-based call centres dedicated Pune facility is a sweatshop or not. Back in the UK, theres a feeling that these call centres are dreadful places to work in, with poor quality service. So we wanted to take a look. But first impressions are lasting. And, after filming Oceans Connects plush centre on Senapati Bapat Road and visiting homes of a few staffers, documentary producer Andy Webb is happy the myths have been easily disposed off.
