ARE INSPECTORS REQUIRED TO CARRY INSURANCE?

0

The Texas Real Estate Commission does not require that Texas Home Inspectors carry insurance and the only protection that the consumer is afforded is the recovery fund that is set by the state and has maximum limit of $8000.00. Scotts Inspections, Inc. requires all associates and inspectors to carry Professional Liability Insurance (Errors & Omissions). As a professional home inspection company we want to provide the best possible protection to our clients.
