The best mixer for the money. I have had mine for 5 years, and I have had no problems with it. It was well worth the money, and the attachments are very useful. It does take up a bit of counter space, and it is heavy to move around in and out of a storage cabinet. That being said, before I got my kitchen-aid mixer, I went through several other brands that eventually gave out. I typically use mine once or so a week, but very heavily during the holidays. If you do a bit of baking, then it is worth it. If you are using your hand mixer only once or twice a month, then it might not be worth it to you.
