Are lab tests, x-ray, hospital care or services provided by other physicians or specialists covered?
Only those services provided by your Cardinal Care physician and listed in this handbook are covered by the membership fee. All other healthcare services would be billed by those separate entities. Cardinal Care may be able to negotiate significantly reduced rates with independent lab facilities for you.
