Are large baggage items and rucksacks allowed in Harrods?
Large baggage and rucksacks must be left at our Left Luggage service for a charge of £3.00. The only exception to this policy is small rucksacks provided they are carried by hand and not worn on the shoulder. This is both to prevent damage to displays and for the comfort of all our customers. The Left Luggage department is located on the Ground Floor. Please enter via Door 2a (opposite Café Rouge).
