The purchaser will need to file the claim with Medicare or their insurance company under the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) code: DME # E0294: Hospital bed, semi-electirc (head and foot adjustment), without side rails, with mattress. Accompanying this DME code, the purchaser must provide their physicians prescription for an adjustable bed and paid receipt for the adjustable bed to Medicare or their insurance company. NOTE: Each customer should confirm this with medicare or their insurance company before their purchase.
